DMCA Policy

Note: The Terms, Policy, or Agreement are available in Indonesian and English. In case of any discrepancies between the translations, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

PT Dilan Teknologi Indonesia highly values third parties' intellectual property rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will promptly address copyright infringement claims on our Services when reported to our Copyright Agent as described below. Upon receiving a notice of alleged copyright infringement, we will take necessary steps. These actions may include removing the allegedly infringing material and terminating access for repeat infringers of copyrighted content.

If you believe that PT Dilan Teknologi Indonesia or a third party has infringed upon your intellectual property rights by uploading materials to our Services, please provide the following information to our designated Copyright Agent:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
  2. The location of the allegedly infringing material on our Services;
  3. Your contact information (address, phone number, and email address) and, if different, the email address of the alleged infringer;
  4. A statement of your good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner; and
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

We may request additional information before removing the allegedly infringing material. If we remove the material, we will promptly notify the party responsible for uploading it. We may also provide your email address to that party so they can respond to your allegations.
