However, inappropriate language and behavior can hinder our support team's ability to provide effective solutions. This includes demeaning language, personal attacks, threats of violence, and spam.

While we're committed to supporting you, we must also protect our business and ensure the safety of our employees. If individuals or groups threaten or behave inappropriately towards our team, DiLan may take protective measures, including:

  1. Restricting access to DiLan support services;
  2. Revoking DiLan membership; and
  3. Reporting incidents to authorities.
