At DiLan, we are fully committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDP) and other related privacy regulations concerning our Customers' and Users' Data. As a responsible technology company, we take our duty to protect your Personal Data seriously.

A. What is Personal Data Protection (PDP)?

Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP) is a comprehensive data protection law that regulates the use of Personal Data of Indonesian residents. This law grants individuals rights to control their data and requires organizations that process Personal Data to meet certain obligations, including data security, transparency, and respect for Personal Data rights.

Key Points of the PDP Law:

  1. Right of Access. Grants individuals the right to access their Personal Data being processed by organizations.
  2. Right to Rectification. Individuals have the right to request corrections to their Personal Data if inaccuracies are found.
  3. Right to Erasure. Grants individuals the right to request the deletion of their Personal Data under certain conditions.
  4. Security Obligation. Organizations must take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data from security breaches.
  5. Transparency Obligation. Organizations are required to provide clear and transparent information regarding the processing of Personal Data.

B. Data Processing Addendum

The terms of our Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") available are incorporated by reference and shall apply as long as DiLan processes Personal Data (as defined in the DPA) subject to the PDP on behalf of Customers and Users. Our DPA sets the requirements and procedures to ensure that your Personal Data is processed securely and in compliance with applicable laws.

C. Data Transfers

In compliance with Indonesian regulations, we ensure that any transfer of Personal Data is conducted with appropriate safeguards. D. Subprocessors
